Peter Ryan Peter Ryan
 
Peter is based in Hewitt's Sydney office at The Rocks. He has over 30 years experience in the human resources field, including the past 20 years specialising in remuneration. He has worked in this field extensively in both consulting and senior corporate roles.

Since joining Hewitt in 2002, Peter has led or contributed to numerous Hewitt assignments in remuneration strategy, design and market analysis across a broad range of industries. He also contributes to regional projects in Asia-Pacific and global assignments involving Hewitt clients in Europe and North America. Peter's consulting work embraces all aspects of director and executive remuneration and associated performance measurement and governance issues. He also contributes to specialised areas of employee reward design, such as sales incentive structures.

Peter's clients cover a wide range of industries and ownership structures (listed, privately-owned, member-owned, not-for-profits) and include many of Australia's leading companies.

Peter holds a BSc(Hons) and BCom(Hons), MBA.

 
Alan Jackson Alan Jackson
 
Alan advises corporate boards and management on all aspects of executive remuneration and non-executive director pay and associated governance. Alan also has significant corporate and consulting experience in designing and developing cash and equity based, or equity equivalent, incentive arrangements.

Alan's clients have come from a wide spectrum of industries and government organisations and encompass listed and unlisted entities, encompassing some of Australia's largest enterprises through to small start up organisations. He has also advised on remuneration arrangements for joint ventures, private equity, divestitures and initial public offerings.

Before joining Hewitt in 2008, Alan was a Principal with Egan Associates, a Sydney-based boutique consultancy in executive remuneration. Alan's prior career also includes four years leading executive search assignments with Korn Ferry Australia as well as senior Human Resources management experience with major US multinational corporations in the financial services and consumer sectors.

Alan holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and is a qualified New Zealand Chartered Accountant.
