What Is RDA?
RDA is a sophisticated online remuneration solution that facilitates the entire pay review process. It is geared towards maximising the organisation's return on investment; ensuring the remuneration review process is perceived by all parties to be fair and equitable; and increasing the credibility of the HR function. RDA combines expert and reliable methodologies with the latest technological innovations.

RDA suits the needs of medium to large sized organisations; geographically diverse organisations and/or those organisations requiring an online solution.

Typical RDA Implementation Plan

  • User Needs Analysis: During this stage, Hewitt CSi consultants will gain a deeper understanding of your organisation's current remuneration review policies and processes, including the rules and guidelines your organisation requires managers to follow, therefore identifying where it will be necessary to configure the base RDA product to meet the specific needs of your organisation. Our consultants will work with your HR team to configure RDA to include your own organisation's branding, rules and guidelines. Other information such as how your organisation's payroll is stored and how it receives information and can be linked to RDA is also discussed.
  • Technical Configuration / Modification: As RDA is highly configurable, this stage is only required in the rare circumstances when very unique elements of an organisation's remuneration policy or process is not covered by the core RDA product. This stage involves developers at Pivot Software Ltd (the developers of RDA) designing, creating and integrating specific functionality into RDA.
  • Installation: The installation within the Pivot Software Ltd hosted environment is very simple and cost-effective. This process involves the implementation of your customised system on to the Pivot secure web site.
  • Training of Users and Administrator(s): Our consultants will be available for in-house training for the nominated main administrator of the system as part of the implementation of the system. This training can be in a workshop or in the one-on-one format. The training is completely customised to suit your organisation's needs.Training for managers occurs through the use of user manuals or group training sessions. One copy of each user manual is provided as part of the RDA package.
  • Post-implementation review and analysis: Telephone support after the "go-live" date is provided by Hewitt CSi for a nominated System Manager free of charge for the first review cycle. Hewitt CSi will also be available to assist the System Manager to provide an analysis of the review outcomes to your executive or board and in doing so assist to set up a reporting mechanism which can become the standard annual report following each review period. Hewitt CSi will meet with your HR team post remuneration review process to discuss how RDA has met your expectations.
