Association of Consulting Engineers Australia (ACEA) Salaries & Benefits Survey

Hewitt CSi has established an affiliation with the Association of Consulting Engineers Australia (ACEA) producing for the first time in April 2001 on their behalf, the ACEA Salaries & Benefits Survey. The survey is now produced on an annual basis and is specific to member companies of the ACEA. The survey covers Engineering roles in the civil, electrical, mechanical, environment, mining and structural disciplines, as well as Architects, Drafters, Planners, Scientists, Surveyors and Technical Officers.

The active participation of the Round Table Forum, of which current members include the ACEA, Arup, Sinclair Knight Merz, Connell Wagner, GHD, Snowy Mountain Engineering Corporation and Hewitt CSi, will ensure that the content and direction of the survey will be constantly enhanced moving forward.

• The April 2008 report had 40 contributing organisations. 300 comprehensive salaries and benefits position tables were produced from 9862 lines of data.
• A remuneration forum is held shortly after the dissemination of each survey. This forum is designed to provide an informal meeting place for contributors to network and discuss items such as current survey results, maximising the value of your survey, industry related issues and other topics of interest.
