Responsible for
Managing and directing staff involved in identification and development of opportunities for new and existing investment products and services. |

Reports To
Divisional Manager Marketing, Sales & Marketing Manager, General Manager. |

Supervises
Product Development Staff. |
| |
Main Activities
Managing the review and refinement of competitive intelligence to identify new Product ideas and opportunities, as well as ensure the sustained competitiveness of existing lines.
Liaising with relevant staff such as, sales and client services to define customer needs and demands for new Products.
Generating new Product ideas for the most complex financial Products and services.
Overseeing the compilation of comprehensive proposals and business plans for the most promising new Product ideas.
Ensuring internal support and buy-in for Products is attained throughout the Development process.
Developing and executing plans to obtain acceptance and transition of Product Managers during the launch phase.
Participating on project teams with responsibility for developing and launching new Products with approved business plans.
