Responsible for
Determining the technical requirements and business rules for expanded reporting services and for general ledger implementation. |

Manager - Corporate Administration. |

Securities Analyst, Assistant Securities Analyst, Auditors. |

Main Activities
Determining the method of calculation for accounting and taxation reports by reference to industry conventions, accounting standards and taxation law.
Ensuring that new reports and new data calculations performed by the system are adequately tested.
Establishing requirements for a valuation and accounting reports for unit price calculations and account preparation.
Determining new requirements of clients after consultation and prioritising.
Ensuring that the technical requirements of new clients can be accommodated by existing systems.
Establishing validation procedures that should be carried out on client data transferred from other custodians/fund managers before reporting deadlines and making commitments to new clients.
Determining any additional procedures and reports not currently produced by the system and supervise their production.
Liaising with professional consultants, and attending industry discussion to determine industry practice and the law.
Assist clients with technical aspects of reports and how custody reports compliment their existing accounting records.
Ensuring valuation and accounting reports are reviewed and all reconciliations and internal control checks are completed.
