Responsible for
Working in liaison with the Division head to conduct company analyses within the industry and formulating reports and recommendations. |

Reports To
Research Manager and/or Senior Analysts. |

Supervises
May supervise Graduate Assistants. |

Main Activities
Conducting company analyses in order to formulate reports and recommendations.
Considering and reviewing potential acquisitions.
Providing historical analysis and trend forecasts.
Providing assistance to trainee analysts if required.
Assisting in the preparation of the business plan.
Completing project and analysis assignments.

Ability to present both written and orally to both internal and external clients.
Ability to critically evaluate proposals and opportunities and offer commercial judgments.
Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
Ability to analyse agreements and legal documents.
