Responsible for
Ensuring profits of the organisation are protected by maintaining effective financial controls, including cash control, capital expenditure and investments. |

Senior Chief Accountant/Financial Controller. |

Supervises
Accounts Department staff. |

Main Activities
Participating as member of a Management team in all financial planning and providing financial advice to Management.
Ensuring that annual budgets and all other financial reports are prepared as required.
Providing interpretations and recommendations on variances in budget.
Preparing and submitting the organisation's returns to the various statutory authorities.
Establishing and continually modifying financial and general accounting procedures and systems.
Managing a team of Accounts Department staff through all aspects of recruiting, training, reward and performance monitoring.
