Managing and leading all Derivatives activities and associated teams in order to meet investment targets. |

Senior Fund Managers, Project Teams. |

Main Activities
Managing and overseeing a team of Fund Managers in order to develop and grow a profitable business.
Setting derivatives investment strategies and advising Senior Management.
Maintaining strong knowledge of Derivatives market trends by continually monitoring contemporary events.
Facilitating an increased market profile of the organisation's derivative investments.
Presenting to clients in order to facilitate new business development.
Communicating business plans and expectations to the business unit.
Managing performance and compliance requirements.
Establishing and communicating service standards.
Continually reviewing client satisfaction.
Managing the professional development of employees within the Derivatives business unit.
