Responsible for
Providing strategic research advice to Executive regarding investment products, philosophy and risk. |

Chief Investment Officer. |

Supervises
Research Managers and Research Analysts. |

Main Activities
Establishing, communicating and managing organisation's investment research strategies.
Presenting complex reports and presentations to Investment Committee.
Managing the professional development of the Research business unit
Contributing expertise to risk management modelling.
Advising executive/funds managers on strategic and operational asset allocation.
Managing departmental budgets and resources.
Determining current and prospective value of investment portfolios.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong mathematical modelling skills.
Strong analytical, consulting and persuasion skills.
Good knowledge of funds management and financial markets.

Typical Experience
