Main Activities
Implementing the property investment strategy.
Managing a property portfolio to achieve set investment performance and growth objectives.
Monitoring actual and budgeted performance of current property investments.
Undertaking financial assessments of both current and proposed property development projects.
Developing policies to protect the company against property investment risk.

Well developed negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficient in statistical spreadsheet software.
Strong understanding of property market sectors, valuation techniques and analysis.
