Responsible for
Ensuring Client Services successfully establishes, maintains and enhances relationships with external clients. |

Reports To
Marketing and Sales Manager, Manager - Client Service. |

Supervises
Client Service Staff. |
| |
Main Activities
Supervising a Client Services team, ensuring all activities carried out meet agreed service levels as well as managing large clients/accounts personally.
Developing, maintaining and enhancing productive relationships aimed at encouraging client retention through the provision of creative and innovative services.
Liaising regularly with clients to promote the organisation's investment products, performance, services, philosophy and current strategy.
Identifying needs of existing and potential clients and devising ways of providing solutions.
Coordinating all client service/promotional activities with Sales, Marketing, Client Administration, Sales, Portfolio Managers.
