Responsible for
Establishing, maintaining and enhancing relationships with external clients.
 
Reports To
Client Service - Manager, Client Service - Team Leader, Marketing and Sales Manager.
 
Supervises
No supervisory responsibilities.
 
Main Activities
  • Developing, maintaining and enhancing productive relationships aimed at encouraging client retention through the provision of creative and innovative services.
  • Liaising regularly with clients to promote the organisation's investment products, performance, services, philosophy and current strategy.
  • Identifying needs of existing and potential clients and devising ways of providing solutions.
  • Coordinating all client service/promotional activities with Sales, Marketing, Client Administration, Sales, Portfolio Managers.
  • Preparing presentation material as required.

    Typical Experience
    2 - 5 years relevant experience, possibly in Finance, Sales, Marketing or Client Service. May have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or SIA/CFA accreditation.
     
    Other Comments
    Larger organisations may differentiate this role between retail and institutional clients.
