Responsible for
Establishing, maintaining and enhancing relationships with external clients. |

Client Service - Manager, Client Service - Team Leader, Marketing and Sales Manager. |

Main Activities
Developing, maintaining and enhancing productive relationships aimed at encouraging client retention through the provision of creative and innovative services.
Liaising regularly with clients to promote the organisation's investment products, performance, services, philosophy and current strategy.
Identifying needs of existing and potential clients and devising ways of providing solutions.
Coordinating all client service/promotional activities with Sales, Marketing, Client Administration, Sales, Portfolio Managers.
Preparing presentation material as required.
