Responsible for
Acting as the first line of Management, directing Sales Administration/Internal Sales Staff to provide administration support to the Sales Team. |

Reports To
Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Sales Business Unit Manager. |

Supervises
Sales Administration/Internal Sales Staff. |
| |
Main Activities
Planning and directing the activities of the Sales Administration/Internal Sales department, ensuring all Staff provide optimal administrative support to allow the Sales Team to attain predetermined Sales targets.
Developing, managing, streamlining, and modifying Sales Administration procedures, processes and reporting.
Providing administrative support to the production of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales statistics including Sales budgets, Sales forecasts, Sales expenses and variance reports.
Developing and updating the Sales Department manual that details all policies and procedures pertaining to the Sales Department.
Managing the implementation of new and/or updated Sales Department procedures, acting as the main contact for problems or queries arising from the new procedures.
Overseeing the internal Sales process to ensure that all Sales inquiries and orders are being dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Providing administrative support for the production of tenders, bids and other Sales related documents.
Ensuring the maintenance of the Customer database and that all sales leads are being escalated to the Sales Team.
