Responsible for
Ensuring preparation/completion of projects to appropriate quality standards within time/cost constraints as well as meeting contractual requirements and company budget requirements. |

Project Director, General Manager. |

Supervises
Project Team. |

Main Activities
Developing and implementing the project and support plans.
Minimising the costs incurred on the Project consistent with on-time completion.
Identifying and recruiting suitable resources, both internally and externally.
Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines and other project tools.
Controlling system design and Project planning activities.
Ensuring that all Customer SLA and internal KPI’s for projects are met or exceeded.
Being the final point of contact for all customer and internal issues.
Preparing and presenting of regular customer reports.
