Responsible for
Ensuring preparation/completion of projects to appropriate quality standards within time/cost constraints as well as meeting contractual requirements and company budget requirements.
 
Reports To
Project Director, General Manager.
 
Supervises
Project Team.
 
Main Activities
  • Developing and implementing the project and support plans.
  • Minimising the costs incurred on the Project consistent with on-time completion.
  • Identifying and recruiting suitable resources, both internally and externally.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines and other project tools.
  • Controlling system design and Project planning activities.
  • Ensuring that all Customer SLA and internal KPI’s for projects are met or exceeded.
  • Being the final point of contact for all customer and internal issues.
  • Preparing and presenting of regular customer reports.

    Typical Experience
    Tertiary level education, with at least 10 years of commercial experience. At least 2 - 3 years of project management experience.
