Australian Biotech Industry Salaries & Benefits Survey

The Australian Biotech Industry Salaries and Benefits Survey, is open to participation from core-biotech organisations and covers a broad range of both technical and non-technical roles. The first survey was produced and launched by Hewitt CSi in April 2003 and is expected to grow dramatically over time as the industry matures.

Survey Highlights

The February 2008 survey consists of 35 comprehensive salaries & benefits remuneration tables containing 723 lines of data from 20 contributing organisations.
A remuneration forum session will be held shortly after the dissemination of the survey. This forum provides an informal meeting place for contributors to network and discuss items such as current survey results, maximising the value of the survey, industry related issues and other topics of interest.
The Survey includes annual market movements and projected increases for the coming 12 months.
The Career level section provides remuneration tables per job family so that contributors are provided with an alternate source of data for those positions they cannot match directly to positions within the survey. The production of Career level also assists contributors in job matching.
