The Business Equipment Industry Salaries & Benefits Survey reports on remuneration, benefits and salary packaging trends amongst leading companies involved in the sale of photocopiers, facsimile machines, laser printers and similar business equipment supplies. The survey was first produced by Hewitt CSi in 1994 and participation in the survey is by invitation only.

• A pre-survey meeting and a follow-up forum are held once per year in conjunction with the survey timetable - these sessions provide an informal meeting place for contributors to network and discuss items such as current survey results, maximising the value of the survey, industry related issues and other topics of interest
• Hewitt CSi continues to enhance the content of the survey to reflect market changes and contributor requests
