Responsible for
Working in a designated territory or with a group of customers to sell the assigned product range
 
Reports To
Area/District/State Sales Supervisor or Regional/State Sales Manager. In smaller organisations may report to a National Sales Manager or equivalent
 
Supervises
No supervisory responsibilities.
 
Main Activities
  • Providing technical information to Distributors, Resellers and end-users in relation to product applications
  • Implementing merchandising and promotion programs, including participating in trade exhibitions
  • Providing supervisor with market intelligence information covering competitor activities, general developments and undertaking specific market surveys as required
  • Assisting with Dealer staff training
