Responsible for
Providing technical support and guidance in the cultivation and protection of crops grown on company farms. Preparing reports to Senior Agronomist Farm and Divisional management. |

| |
Main Activities
Monitoring crop production to maximise yields and quality.
Advising farm management of the most appropriate varieties, the most cost effective soil preparation and fertilisation treatments, and the measures necessary to prevent infestation or disease.
Gathering information on research and field trials relevant to the most effective production.
Maintaining a liaison with suppliers of proprietary chemicals and crop treatment products.
Preparing reports to farm and divisional management.
