Responsible for
Managing the day-to-day operations of the Billing Department. |

Reports To
Group Billing Manager. |

Supervises
Team of billing staff. |
| |
Main Activities
Managing the department’s workflow, by ensuring timely and accurate processing of information, and efficient reporting to both internal and external customers.
Maintaining disaster recovery procedures.
Coordinating the daily scheduling and billing run processes, problem management, investigation, and escalation within Network Billing.
Providing support for Service Providers, particularly in relation to tariff information and new product billing specifications.
Coordinating the creation and testing of the company’s wholesale and intercarrier tariffs.
Monitoring GSM Network changes and new product development and managing associated changes to Network billing systems and processes.
Maintaining billing accuracy standards in accordance with industry requirements.

Typical Experience
At least 5 years of experience in Telecommunications Billing, with primary experience in a senior role. Tertiary qualifications in a Commercial discipline. |
