Position Title: Network Billing Development Analyst

Responsible for
Managing assigned billing related projects and development within Network Billing.
 
Reports To
Network Billing Development Manager.
 
Supervises
No supervisory responsibilities.
 
Main Activities
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and projects progressed according to predefined targets whilst adhering to procedures and standards of operation for the projects area.
  • Managing, investigating and resolving problems relating to own projects.
  • Specifying and documenting Network Billing system requirements needed to support the current business and to cater for future developments.
  • Identifying areas for automation of processes and developing specifications.
  • Performing acceptance testing of software modifications on behalf of Network Billing.
  • Training users in new systems and functionality, including developing user documentation.
  • Liaising with IT, IS, Product Development and Marketing to progress projects as required and providing billing input.
  • Working closely with the Network Billing Manager to ensure a smooth flow of information in the Network Billing department, and facilitating the implementation of changes to the billing systems.

    Typical Experience
    Background in Telecommunications Billing or other high volume service oriented industry with a knowledge of back office administration. Experience in Project Management/Administration role advantageous, as are tertiary qualifications in business or systems.
