Responsible for
Improving the billing quality for corporate customers through support, responding to queries and improving billing quality and timeliness.
 
Reports To
Billing Manager.
 
Supervises
Billing Process Analysts.
 
Main Activities
  • Being a point of contact for billing queries, support and dispute resolution.
  • Representing the business on Billing System Change Review Boards & Release meetings.
  • Developing customer billing solutions using a range of products.
  • Managing the implementation of new quality processed.
  • Developing and managing billing strategies.
  • Supporting billing improvement initiatives.
  • Conducting billing accuracy and improvement audits.

    Typical Experience
    Minimum of 8 years experience in a Billing role, coupled with experience in business process redesign/business consulting and/or commercial management. Tertiary qualifications in a business/IT field.
