Responsible for
Improving the billing quality for corporate customers through support, responding to queries and improving billing quality and timeliness. |

Billing Process Analysts. |

Main Activities
Being a point of contact for billing queries, support and dispute resolution.
Representing the business on Billing System Change Review Boards & Release meetings.
Developing customer billing solutions using a range of products.
Managing the implementation of new quality processed.
Developing and managing billing strategies.
Supporting billing improvement initiatives.
Conducting billing accuracy and improvement audits.

Typical Experience
