Responsible for
Ensuring all pickups are carried out in a time and cost efficient manner. |

Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor. |

Supervises
No supervisory responsibilities. |
| |
Main Activities
Receiving, checking and issuing pick-up requests with company Couriers. This includes conveying any special instructions to the respective Courier in relation to the shipment.
Ensuring there are no missed pickups.
Ensuring full area coverage by the effective deployment of Couriers and the optimum utilisation of manpower resources.
Making any necessary change of Courier due to bottlenecks, timing or distance type problems, flight cut-of time changes, vehicle breakdowns, road accidents etc.

Demonstrated organisation skills and assertiveness in dealing with Courier Drivers.
