Responsible for
Managing leading edge technology projects in applications software design, development and quality control. |

Project Managers, Project Leaders, Systems Consultants. |

Main Activities
Developing the technical capability and expertise of the company and its employees by ensuring the transfer of relevant technology throughout the company.
Allocating development resources and controlling projects and overall budgets.
Recruiting, training and developing staff.
Maintaining a high level of knowledge in emerging technologies and their relevant applications in the industry.
Controlling system design and project planning activities relating to large or multiple software system developments.
Providing an input to IS strategies and policies.
Achieving revenue and profit objectives by managing high technology Research & Development projects.
Managing projects to ensure that the company's contractual commitments are met.
