Responsible for
Managing the manufacturing process to ensure the achievement of production targets. |

Senior Manufacturing Engineer. |

Supervises
Production Supervisors. |

Main Activities
Managing and coordinating the Production team(s).
Resolving industrial relations issues.
Ensuring the manufacturing equipment is maintained to optimum operating efficiency, including regular planned maintenance.
Managing and upgrading production equipment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of financial accounting systems and procedures and skills in their application.
Knowledge of production planning, financial control, industrial relations, production supervision, production engineering.
