Responsible for
Designing manufacturing equipment to ensure that manufacturing processes adhere to safety standards and are cost effective, reliable and compatible with existing infrastructure and equipment. |

Senior Engineer - Fibre Optic Components (Design & Implementation). |

Supervises
No supervisory responsibilities. |

Main Activities
Designing, building and testing equipment used in the manufacturing of Fibre Optic Components.
Developing and maintaining software that controls and supports equipment used in the manufacturing of Fibre Optic Components.
Documenting/maintaining new and existing software systems (including functional and performance specifications) that control and support equipment used in the manufacturing of Fibre Optic Components.
Contributing to the definition of engineering processes and designs.
