Responsible for
Providing commercial, analytical and strategic planning support to the business in delivering performance and/or growth strategies. |

Director of Finance. |

Commercial Analyst. |

Main Activities
Implementing and maintaining effective reporting of operational metrics to support measurement of employee KPI's.
Providing commercial and analytical support for the business and the business' investments through modelling, building business cases and financial due diligence.
Maintaining and continually re-evaluating the company investment framework. Critically evaluating all investment projects ensuring that all modelling and forecast assumptions are robust and all investments are accretive to shareholder value.
Coordinating the strategic planning and capital budgeting process.

Excellent written, numerative and verbal skills to communicate with relevant internal and external parties, including senior management and customers.
Ability to analyse, evaluate and be creative in solving complex problems including conflict, priorities and resourcing.
Strong capital budgeting & evaluation experience.
Strong leadership skills with an ability to influence change throughout an organisation.
Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team.

Typical Experience
5 - 10 years experience in senior finance roles with a significant commercial and planning focus, coupled with relevant tertiary degree and CPA/ CA qualified. May also have MBA. |
