Responsible for
Developing and managing the reporting of Human Resources information to the Human Resources and Senior Management teams. Being known as a respected advisor for reporting key Human Resources metrics. |

Senior Human Resources Analyst, Human Resources Manager or Director. |

No supervisory responsibilities. |
| |
Main Activities
Develop and maintain effective and accurate Human Resources reporting processes in consultation with Human Resources Managers and other key stakeholders.
Collect/generate, manipulate and analyse Human Resources data and prepare a variety of relevant statistical and other reports in areas such as remuneration, OH&S, EEO and affirmative action.
Provide comprehensive, accurate and timely information to relevant senior staff to communicate to the business.
Proactively identify and implement improvements to existing reporting formats, human resources systems and processes.
Participate in Human Resources project teams to carry out specific benchmarking, HR metrics and other staffing analysis projects.
Conduct trend analyses of data relating to exit interviews, attrition and performance management and develop sophisticated staffing models.
Provide advisory service and support to business unit management in areas such as workforce planning, performance management, compensation, recruitment, employment equity, workplace diversity and industrial relations.
May compile and/or analyse data related to salaries and benefits surveys.
May be required to participate in meetings and deliver oral presentations to senior management.

An understanding of current human resources and organisational systems, processes and best practice.

Typical Experience
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Finance, Commerce or related field with an emphasis on Human Resource Management. A minimum of 3 years human resources experience in a professional capacity and/or 5-6 years analyst experience either in a financial or human resources environment. May possess a post graduate qualification with equivalent relevant work experience. |
