Responsible for
Leading the Managed Services team both for existing contracts and for new business development across all aspects of the Managed Services business. |

Managing Director (Business unit level), Client Services Director. |

Supervises
Managed Services team. |

Main Activities
Leading the Service Delivery functional and operational teams and set priorities and directions.
Participating with account managers and engagement teams in defining/designing, costing and scheduling solutions, developing, reviewing and finalising the implementation plan and achieving approval for opportunities.
Managing and monitoring budget by tracking and approving expenditures, controlling costs, validating vendor expenses, anticipating and correcting forecasting errors.
Driving business development and growth initiatives supporting new customer acquisitions including negotiations and the establishment of service level agreements.
Building strong relationships at Senior Management levels.
Providing input into business strategy.
