Responsible for
Overseeing the delivery of life-cycle services for all forms of subscriber terminals.
 
Reports To
Managed Services Delivery Manager.
 
Supervises
Subscriber Service Team.
 
Main Activities
  • Managing and maintaining subscriber services scope as per agreed customer contracts.
  • Managing service deliverables, procedures and work instructions related to successful delivery of subscriber services.
  • Managing sub-contractors if required.
  • Managing customer relations, particularly through systems implementation and resolving difficulties.

    Typical Experience
    Degree in Communications, Electrical, Software or Computer Engineering. At least 5+ years experience of managing customer relationships in a service environment.
