Responsible for
Overseeing the delivery of life-cycle services for all forms of subscriber terminals. |

Reports To
Managed Services Delivery Manager. |

Supervises
Subscriber Service Team. |
| |
Main Activities
Managing and maintaining subscriber services scope as per agreed customer contracts.
Managing service deliverables, procedures and work instructions related to successful delivery of subscriber services.
Managing sub-contractors if required.
Managing customer relations, particularly through systems implementation and resolving difficulties.

Typical Experience
