Responsible for
Providing high level chargeable services to clients by developing industry specific systems mostly aligned to projects, consulting assignments and building and installing turn key Telecommunications solutions. |

Reports To
Professional Services Manager - Region/Business Unit or Professional Services Project Manager. |
| |
Supervises
This roles has no formal supervisory responsibilities, although employees may mentor less experienced Consultants. |
| |
Main Activities
Designing and developing high level stand alone Telecommunications solutions and other projects by evaluating customer’s Telecommunications needs and providing input to the strategic planning of Network facilities and systems directions.
Planning and coordinating resources necessary to complete product implementation and assisting in preparing major sales proposals.
Liaising with major customers during preliminary installation and testing of developed Network solutions or products.
Providing Quality Assurance input to business development projects by liaising with Development Specialists regarding industry practices and user needs.

Typical Experience
15+ years of experience in Business Management, Systems Integration Consulting, Design, coupled with 5+ years experience in Consulting, Engagement/Project Management, and/or Business and Resource Management. May possess an MBA. |
