Responsible for
Managing multiple project implementations concurrently, ensuring the preparation and completion of consulting projects to appropriate quality standards within time and cost constraints, as well as meeting contractual requirements and company budget requirements. |

Project Director, General Manager. |

Project Team. |
| |
Main Activities
Developing and managing project plans and project budgets. Maintaining and controlling cost, schedule and quality of project activities to run on budget, time and meet agreed customer requirements.
Controlling system design and project planning activities related to systems development and deployment.
Managing the efficient utilisation of all associated resources includes subcontractors, tools and test equipment. Managing any project related expenses and project variations as required.
Participating in/chairing regular meetings both with the Customer and internal departments.
Participating in/leading major bid activities.
Acting as the escalation channel for all Customer technical / spares / repairs / project / quality issues and concerns.
Managing Supply Chain logistics from the Customer perspective - including forecasting, ordering, product lead-times, stock control, through to product delivery.

Typical Experience
