Responsible for
Overseeing the hour-to-hour work of the Content Developers ensuring Content is published in accordance with the daily schedule. |

Reports To
Creative Director. |

Supervises
Content Developers. |
| |
Main Activities
Supervising, supporting and managing team members.
Ensuring the timely execution of the publishing schedule.
Resolving more complex editorial and technical problems as they are escalated.
Monitoring the publishing unit's output from a customer perspective, ensuring all Content is working effectively.
Managing the publishing schedule.
Actively reviewing procedure and policy and identifying potential process improvements.
Preparing publishing reports, tracking daily, weekly, monthly incidents.
Establishing a smooth transition from shift to shift, ensuring Content developers are aware of any information required at shift change over.
