Insurance Brokers Remuneration Report

Hewitt CSi's Insurance Brokers Remuneration Report is a detailed analysis of market remuneration and benefits rates for roles within the Australian insurance broking sector. Market intelligence within the report is used by each participating organisation to set salary levels that are aligned with the pay rates offered in the market, thereby ensuring that business profitability is not compromised by overspending on salaries and talented employees are not lost from the organisation as a result of underspending on salaries.

The report was first produced in October 2005 at the request of several insurance broking organisations. Due to the success of the report, Hewitt CSi now produces an Insurance Brokers Remuneration Report annually in November each year.

The November 2007 survey contains:

  • 1801 lines of salaries and benefits data related to individual employees within 5 leading insurance broking organisations
  • Comprehensive remuneration and benefits market data tables for 8 insurance broking roles
  • Graphical comparisons of the published roles within each job family
  • Analysis of the prevalence of benefits and variable pay for each published roles
