Supervises
May supervise a small team of Clerical/Secretarial staff
 
Main Activities
  • Coordinating the performance appraisal program
  • Recruiting lower skilled staff and up to middle management
  • Maintaining a job evaluation system and personnel records
  • Administering the company's salaries and benefits program
  • Advising management of staff conditions
  • Preparing and monitoring succession plans
  • Monitoring staff changes and appointments
  • Counselling employees and providing advice on staff matters
  • Arranging training courses for staff
  •
