Coordinating the performance appraisal program
Recruiting lower skilled staff and up to middle management
Maintaining a job evaluation system and personnel records
Administering the company's salaries and benefits program
Advising management of staff conditions
Preparing and monitoring succession plans
Monitoring staff changes and appointments
Counselling employees and providing advice on staff matters
Arranging training courses for staff
