Responsible for
Leading a team of Telesales Representatives to generate sales leads and sell a range of products/services through telephone contact to achieve a predetermined revenue target or sales quota. |

Reports To
Telesales Manager, Sales Manager, Coordinator (Revenue Accountability). |

Supervises
A team of Telesales Representatives. |

Main Activities
Leading a Telesales team and personally participating in selling products/services over the telephone by making telephone calls to existing and new customers and answering inbound enquiries.
Planning, implementing, monitoring and reporting on the success of Telesales campaigns within the Telesales team.
Ensuring the level of product/service knowledge within the team is at an optimum level to facilitate greater sales volume.
Overseeing the dispatch of goods/services and information to existing and prospective clients to ensure that the Telesales team delivers the agreed requirements.
Ensuring the Telesales team regularly updates and augments the existing and prospective client database.
Producing reports for Management on competitor activity by collecting market intelligence from the Telesales team and customer contacts during sales calls.
Analysing the number of calls required to close sales for the purposes of optimising every call made by the Telesales team.
Finding solutions for clients escalated by Telesales Representatives within the Telesales team.
