Responsible for
Ensuring the maintenance of steady growth of the property finance unit asset base through quality business generation, management and staff development. |

State Manager - Investment. |

Supervises
May supervise property analysts. |

Main Activities
Ensuring marketing plans are developed and implemented to reflect objective of growth.
Monitoring existing client base and proactively manage accounts.
Generating new business.
Supervising and assisting the property finance analysts in their development.
Maintaining high level of knowledge of property market and local industry drivers.

Good communications skills both written and verbal.
Ability to successfully negotiate with clients and staff.
Understanding of the property industry.
Ability to develop and grow relationships with intermediaries and identify new business development opportunities.
