Remuneration Reports

To ensure the integrity of the results published in Hewitt's remuneration reports and to ensure excellent customer service is provided to our clients, Hewitt stipulates the following Terms & Conditions for remuneration report subscriptions.

• For all surveys remuneration data must be provided at least once per year. Failure to do so will result in your survey being held by Hewitt until such time that data is provided
• Data must be provided in accordance with the format, structure and content that is provided to the subscriber by Hewitt. The subscriber must provide Hewitt with all reasonable assistance to verify the integrity of the data that it provides to ensure the integrity of the final survey(s)
• The format of the data collection and reporting software is the confidential information and intellectual property of Hewitt and the subscriber has no right to use, copy, manipulate, edit or otherwise deal with the data collection and reporting software (or any part or compilation, derivative, summary or analysis created using any or all of the data collection and reporting software) for any purpose other than to provide the Data and the data collection and reporting software may not be passed on to any third party without the prior approval of Hewitt
• Reports are automatically provided in a locked PDF format. Hard copy reports incur in an extra charge of AUD $495 inc. GST per report (I.e. total fee of AUD$990 inc GST for bi-annual survey subscriptions per annum)
  
  Note: No hard copy option is available for the following reports:

  -	Australian Publishing Industry Remuneration Report
  -	Australian SAP Specialists Salaries & Benefits Survey
  -	Insurance Brokers Remuneration Report
  -	Non Government Organisations (NGO) Salaries & Benefits Survey
  -	Transport, Shipping & Logistics Industries Salaries & Benefits Survey
  -	New Zealand Top Executive Remuneration Report
  -	New Zealand Call Centre Remuneration Report

• Cancellations received prior to delivery of the report will incur a AU$110 administration fee
• Minimum subscription is for one year and will be automatically renewed
• Report subscription prices are quoted in Australian or New Zealand dollars (refer to the currency code specified before the price on the order form). GST is additional
• Australian & New Zealand GST is not charged on purchases made outside of these countries
• Prices subject to variation due to changes in State or Federal Government legislation
• $150.00 courier fee to countries outside of Australia is charged per hard copy survey
• The remuneration report order form and any price reviews are updated at the beginning of each Australian financial year
• Each subscriber agrees that the data that is provided to Hewitt will be used to create the survey(s) and may be used in part or whole for other purposes by Hewitt. The subscriber authorises Hewitt to use the data for all such uses and acknowledges and agrees that the intellectual property rights, including copyright, in any work that is derived from the data provided by the subscriber, including without limitation any compilation, summary or analysis, vests in, or is transferred to Hewitt. Any such derived work is the confidential information of Hewitt
• The subscriber grants Hewitt the right to name the subscriber as a contributor of data on the survey(s) and otherwise, and to use the subscriber's name in connection with the marketing, distribution or sales of the survey(s) or other item that is derived from the data provided by the subscriber
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hewitt is not liable for any loss, damage or expense suffered by the subscriber as a result of, or in connection with this agreement or any survey(s), which an amount exceeds the fees paid by the subscriber for the survey(s)
• Future renewal subscriptions for the survey(s) may be subject to a price increase
• This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales. The parties submit to the subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales
• Hewitt reserves the right to update and change these terms and conditions
