Remuneration Forums

CSi's Remuneration Forums are designed to provide survey participants with an overview of survey results, expert advice on an area of remuneration/HR management and an opportunity to network.

The forums are interactive with participants discussing and debating issues throughout the presentations and during the breaks.

A typical forum agenda includes:

• Expert analysis of survey results
• Commentary on the Australian and/or New Zealand pay markets and industry trends
• A key note speaker presentation on a remuneration management or HR topic (for example: novated leasing, top executive reward, retention strategies, etc)
• An update on CSi's products and services

Remuneration Forums are free of charge to survey participants and are held either once or twice a year in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland or Wellington for the following CSi salaries and benefits survey participants:
